Standard Fees

• Sole Selling Rights Agency: 1,8 % (1,5 % + VAT)
• Multiple Agency: 2,4% (2% + VAT)

Other Fees

• Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): £144.00
• Anti-Money Laundering and Identification Check: £60.00 per person (payable on exchange of contracts)

Referral Fees

We may receive a referral fee from conveyancing providers, details of which are available upon request. This does not affect your legal fees or your choice of solicitor.
