Viewings

We're flexible for viewings after working hours and during the weekends.

We will accompany you to your viewings and your agent will be giving all the information to you about the area.

Making an offer and Acceptance

Once we have found your suitable property we will put your offer forward to the seller, with any special conditions of the offer.

We'll write to all parties involved, the price agreed and property particular . until the
final completion, and we will keep in regular contact with all parties throughout the progress of the transaction.

Conveyancing

As part of the conveyancing process, while your solicitor is doing his part, we will still assist you and your solicitor, and we will keep you informed every step of the way.

Exchange of Contracts

Exchange of contracts occurs when all enquiries have been confirmed and agreed.
The completion date is set.

Completion

We will release the keys once we get the confirmation.
